RETURN POLICY
First Capital Uniforms is fully committed to providing quality products and service. Products with quality or sizing issues may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. The following guidelines will help expedite the process and will ensure the proper credit is being applied to your account.
Return Policy Guidelines:
• A Return Authorization is required for returned merchandise; please contact us at (717) 840-1038
• Please be prepared to provide the corresponding invoice number for the merchandise being returned.
• Unauthorized returned merchandise will not be credited, nor returned.
• We reserve the right to deny credit for damaged merchandise due to misuse, abuse, alteration or excessive wear, shrinkage, washed (except defective material). Worn shoes may NOT be returned unless defective.
